　　今年亚太的考试当中已经是第三次出现柱状图了 （其余两次分别是1月16日和3月7日），基本平均在一个月一场左右，基本符合雅思出题的考试规律。因此在备考的过程中建议同学们要注意柱状图的写作训练。

　　柱状图在审题的时候首先要注意是否存在时间的变化，如果有时间的变化，那么就将同一类信息顶端连起来，形成线图，写作重点按照动态线图的方式，重点描写数据的上升下降变化（具体参考剑桥雅思4 Test 3）；如果没有时间变化，那么就按照静态图的写作方式，以数据对比为写作重点（具体参考剑桥雅思9Test 2）。

　　【话题分析】本次亚太区的题目非常写实，应该是首次出现此类话题，但是从考题趋势上来说还是非常符合雅思近期的出题风格，就是对于话题的细节非常详细，比如在题目中会出现定语从句限定某一个名词，如2015年12月5日的写作题目 People are surrounded by many kinds of advertisement which can influence their life. Does the positive effect of this trend outweigh the negative effects? 就明确限定了广告的作用。因此在分析这类话题的时候要尤其注意范围，切忌审题不清，导致Task Response上出现问题，导致偏题扣分。

　　第一段：Introduction 背景描写+ 转述题目+己方观点

　　第二段：主体段 阐述建桥对于农村重要的第一个原因：促进经济发展，因为建桥方便汽车等大型机器的进出，因此促进农产品的运输，从而促进经济发展。

　　第三段：主体段 阐述建桥对于农村重要的第二个原因：促进文化水平的提升，那些因为交通不便从而没有办法接受教育的孩子有机会到城市接受教育，增加接受教育机会。

　　第四段：让步段：建桥虽然带来了很多好处，但是同时也有一些需要担心的，比如前期建造成本和后期的维修费，维护费对于农村的经济负担。

　　第五段：总结段，虽然对于建桥可能有一定担心，但是合理的规划下，建桥带来的好处很多，因此对农村很重要。

　　参考范文　　The disappointing results of many conventional transport projects in rural areas make many people rethink the strategy by which rural commuting problems can be tackled. It is argued that building bridges is a wonderful approach for the countryside and I agree with this idea.　The construction of bridges in the rural areas boosts the economy of these places. First of all, bridge construction improves the transport system in the remote areas, and thus the times and effort which was spent on road can be largely saved for the activities that would improve social economic development of communities.  Also, such improvement ensures the import and export of goods to the district, which means the more farm goods produced in the districts can be delivered to the market. Moreover, as most of the construction is heavily dependent on labor, those farmers are likely to earn more money working as porters than working in their own fields.　In addition to the economy advantages to the countryside, building bridges may also means a change of lifestyle. This is especially true for those young people who had trouble in accessing to higher education due to the inconvenience of transportation. Once the bridges had been established, those young learners would go to school in comparatively short time.　Admittedly, many concerns are closely associated with bridge construction in the countryside. The high construction and accompanying maintenance fees stress the local dwellers, especially those who are troubling for survival in the remote area. However, with dedicated work and proper plan from the local government, the problems would not be so severe.

　　In conclusion, it is undoubted that such project is of great significance to the countryside to a great extent due to the financial benefits as well as the improvement of lifestyle.
