Admittedlx changing one's job after working for a few years does help a person find his new interest and to some extent, get a much higher salary. However, every time

when an employee changes his job from one company to another, it is a huge waste of-social and human resouces obviously.

Wnat negative impacts job hopping brings to people as well as society are manifest. First, for the enterprise, this activity increases the cost of training fees and risk of business operation. In other words, once some professional workers quit, thecompany has to pay much more to train or hire some others to take the place of those leavers. Second, changing one's jobs too frequently makes one's career vary from one place to anotheq which will not enable him to get promoted in one career. Last, as an adult, one should not only focus on his own benefits, but also pay attention to his families forwhich the relativeiy stabie working conditions are far better than changing one's job
