For another, advocates for job security argue that permanent jobs imply stable and constant income, which can be thought to be the most considerably basic foundation of their living. Without it, people might suffer from financial stress,

therefore resulting in the fact that they may pay less attention and energy to their work. Notwithstanding, admittedly stable jobs usually refer to some repetitive and monotonous positions without any novelty that can arouse people's

interest. Namely, people with jobs like this will lose their enthusiasm day by day to their work, subsequently causing that they will be washed out by their work reluctantly or they may give up their jobs voluntarily. Hence, putting

emphasis on job stability only is not rational at all.
