Life skill are very important and by doing voluntary work, students can learn how to communicate with others and work in a team but also how

manage their time and improve their organizational skills.

……

By giving them compulsory work activities with charitable community organizations, they will be encouraged to do something more creative.

在这两段中，

1）第二段中的voluntary work 和第三段中的compulsory work是明确的同意转换，

2）此外第二段中的communicate with others到第三段中就变成了community organizations，词性发生改变，但是意思仍旧没有变化。

有了这些同意转换，首先是句子长度增加，尤其是第二段中由but also引导的从句，将证据长度进行扩充，此外就是两段前后呼应，且不单调。那么同意转换在写作中具体有哪些技巧可供使用？快来看看吧！
