foreign food:
1).Have you ever tried foreign food?
Positive, I’ve ever tried different kinds of food, like Japanese cuisine, Thailand food, or whatever. And you know, I like Japanese cooking best, especially sushi.
2).Do you like to try new food?
Yes I think, cos I’m definitely a foodie, but sometimes trying new things may be an embarrassment, I remember tasting Salmon Sashimiri, a kind of Japanese dish, for the first time, which was a little bit disgusting.
3).What kinds of new food have you tried recently?
Well it’s lava cake. How can I put it, visually, so stunning was the cake that I fell in love with it at the first sight, and I really have a sweet tooth, so it just hit the mark after the first bite.
sports:
1).Do you like to watch sports on TV?
No, I’m afraid. You know, instead of cheering up with my friends in the spot, I feel it’s a bit tedious to stare at those players running about on the screen for a long time, maybe more than one and a half hours, which may make me drowsy at the end.
2).Do you play any sports?
Positive. Personally I quite fancy doing some sports when I don’t have much things in hands, especially taking a dip in summer days. How can I put it, even just a dog-paddling can totally free me from the tiring daily work.
3).What kinds of sports are popular in China?
Well I’m not really sure cos it’s about personal preference. Personally speaking, I’m really into water sports, which can refresh my mind. But some other people may be fond of ball games, like tennis, basketball, badminton, or whatever. Anyway, people always have different choices about it.
4).What kinds of sports would you like to try in the future?
Honestly I have been expecting to do some extreme sports for ages, like going skydiving or going snorkeling. I feel that’s a kind of thing which always gives the impression of being dangerous, well more precisely, being a bit challenging, so I guess it would bring some sense of achievement.
5).Do you think the sports chosen by young people and old people are similar?
Absolutely not. Like you know, sports appealing to the elderly can be gentle and ease, such as tai chi and jogging, but young people, youngster in particular, would have a fancy of doing some intensive events, like kicking a ball around the playground, playing boxing and etc etc.
teacher
1).Do you have a favourite teacher?
Of course I have. My high school English teacher may be the most adorable person I’ve ever met. And I felt she’s the kind of person who always gives the impression of being patient and responsible, like, her office is open for every students, never leaving anyone behind, neither well-behaved nor rebellious.
2).Do you want to be a teacher in the future?
I’m not really sure. I ever planned to be an English teacher, cos I think English comes easier to me. But anyway, though learning English is intriguing, teaching English is completely different from that, as teaching refers to teaching methodology actually, the theoretical things. So I need to consider more about it.
3).What kinds of teachers do you like?
Personally those who are trying to show fairness to every student are really admirable. I mean, if someone doesn’t behave well, like breaking the class rules, teacher may get irritated and be partial to those well-behaved. So I suppose it’s a difficult point for teachers to deal with their own attitudes every time in their career.
4).What's the difference between young and old teachers?
I suppose they really have some difference. Some old teachers may be old school, having a class in a strict way, but when it comes to some young teachers whose classes are quite relaxing, they may be more popular I guess.
