　　Some people think that dangerous sports should be banned. Others, however, think the people should have freedom to choose sports activities. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

　　危险体育活动存在安全隐患，一旦发生事故，可能造成人员伤亡，而且参加危险体育的人经常把自己置于险地，需要动用公共资源去营救他们。但是也有观点认为，人们有选择体育活动的自由。极限运动是一种减压方式，而且展示了参加者的勇气和技巧。此外，成年人能够对自己的行为负责，不应该干涉他们的自由。因此对于危险体育最好的办法是采取措施加强防护，而不是禁止。

　　参考范文：　Some activities, such as free diving, motorbike racing and bullfighting, are classified as “dangerous sports” because of their potential risks. However, whether these sports should be banned or not has long been a topic of debate.　According to the people against dangerous sports, these activities pose a threat to participants’ safety, and should there be an accident, players may be seriously injured or even lose their lives. Laws are needed to prohibit dangerous sports and prevent tragedies associated with these sports from happening. Another argument in favour of banning dangerous sports is that this will save public money. We often hear news reports in which emergency actions were carried out to rescue players in dangerous situations. Such operations are expensive and could be avoided if adventure sports were banned.　　However, some people argue that individuals have the freedom to choose their favorite sports, even though sometimes unforeseeable risks are involved. Sports such as rock climbing and bungee jumping are good ways of relaxation as well as demonstrations of players’ courage and skills. So banning these activities will meet with opposition from those lovers of extreme sports. Most adults who participate in such events are aware of the risks, and they have the discretion to decide whether to proceed or not. Thus, interference with people’s choices of sports is a violation of individuals’ freedom and rights.　　In my opinion, considering individuals’ rights and passion for extreme activities, it is inappropriate to ban dangerous sports just for the purpose of controlling the relevant risks. Undoubtedly, proper safety measures and regulations should be implemented to protect the players’ safety, but deprival of their freedom to participate is not a reasonable solution.详情咨询老师即可~
