答案示例 I once had a nightmare experience on the Starbucks online store. Last month, it was on my boyfriend's birthday, I bought a coffee cup for him since he was a big fan of drinking coffee. Usually, I am used to buying things on the official website, because I think the quality of the product will be more guaranteed. However,in less than a month of my boyfriend's use, without any artificial damage, the lid has gone from serious cracks.I immediately got in touch with the customer service, sending the photos of cracks. To my surprise, the response I got was "There is no problem with our products, it must be caused by accidental human damage". Because the "7-day no-reason return period" has passed at that time, so I was indirectly forced to withdraw the complaint online. In my opinion, a good brand, its product quality should not be guaranteed for even a month. Finally, I had no choice but to change an online store for the birthday gift. I could say it was one of the worst online shopping experiences in my memeory.
After that, I decided that I would never buy anything from Starbucks, I was totally disappointed about it. Also, I learned from this that if I want to buy expensive gifts in the future, I should go to a real store.
