“保持健康的方式”是经历类的新题,其实“健康”也是一个老生常谈的主题,上个季度就有一道“关于健康的文章”。
我们来看看可以如何串题:
因为小问当中有一个“Who you do it with”,所以可以把人物类的题目纳入进来,比如“想要共事的家人”、“喜欢一起聊天的朋友”、“想共度时光的人”
整个主题来说,可以串“积极改变”、“困难决定最终成功”、“别人讲述的故事”(如,他减肥的故事)
第一小问“What it is” 是什么方式
保持健康的方式,一种是精神上的,一种是身体上的。精神上方式的比如定期冥想、找人倾诉、自我情绪调整等;身体上的比如保持健康的饮食、养成健身的习惯。
第二小问“When you do it”什么时候做
第二小问可以从几个角度聊一下,什么时候/契机/原因下决定要开始这个保持健康的方式,做的频率是什么样的,一般是在什么时候做。
第三小问“Who you do it with”你和谁一起
如果是有人一起做,那就介绍一下这个人的身份、和你的关系、为什么你们会一起保持健康,如果是没有人一起做,也可以聊一下是不是有人一直在鼓励你、监督你、陪伴你。
第四小问“explain why you think this method is important” 为什么你觉得这个方式重要
为什么重要可以从三个方面来聊,一个是这个方式的必要性,用这个方式可以如何保持健康,比如通过控制饮食,保证营养的均衡,不要过渡摄入油、盐、糖等,让我们不会肥胖、或缺乏维生素等。还有一个是这个方式的效果,能很好地达到健康的目的,比如是身体线条更好了还是皮肤变得好了等。最后一个就是合适自己,自己试过其他保持健康的方式,但是无法坚持,而这个方式自己能够持续做下去,所以非常重要。
03 One thing I do to keep fit is to work out with a controlled diet and I will go to the gym at the same time. I usually work out three to four times a week, and I usually have a plan for each day’s training. The most common routine I will use is to do the chest workout on the first day, back comes the second, then shoulder, and then legs.
When it comes to the frequency and schedule how I have physical training,it depends on how busy I am during the week to go to the gym, therefore, when I am too busy in a week, I might have a longer gap between each workout date. I began going to the gym in grade 11, at that time, there was one in my friend’s apartment, I will go find her after we had all done homework. Now, I work out either with one friend, or by myself. The reason why I think this method is important is that I can feel myself when I am doing exercises. I can feel my body parts taking place, and they are trained to be stronger and stronger. Besides, I can clearly feel my body is becoming fit and healthy as I am working out. This feeling makes me feel vernal and energetic in daily life.
