　　话题分析

　　“想要居住的屋子或公寓”是本季度地点类的保留题，但其实也是好几年前的旧题新出了。这道题要展开地详细，一种是要对于房子本身和居住地的各方面展开，另一种是可以寄托你的精神，具体看下面小问解析。

　　除了内容版块，大家要注意本题要用将来时态，it will be/I would like to...

　　接下来我们来看看如何串题，那给大家提供几个的思路：

　　地点类串题，串本题、“有趣的城市”、“乡村一隅”、“假期旅游的地方”

　　经历事物类串题，串本题、“自行车旅行”、”搬到新家的经历“

　　第一小问“What it is like” 是什么样子

　　描述一个房子什么样子，大家可以从内到外，或者从外到内，比如，是一个什么类型的房子，小别墅、公寓楼、复式房，外观上是几层楼，是否想要花园、游泳池、一大片开阔的场地；到了室内，可以是什么风格的装修，如欧式、中式等，总体什么色调，有什么特别的装饰、家具或者房间，如落地窗、开阔的阳台、大的投影屏幕、室内秋千、一间大书房、电竞室、桌游室等等。

　　第二小问“Where it would be”在哪里

　　地理位置，可以从小到大，或者从大到小来讲，省份/城市-在城市里面的位置/周边的环境，前面加上一些形容词，比如生活节奏慢、物价低、但是发展也比较不错的二线城市，希望生活在比较繁华的市中心，交通便利，气候宜人、有美食、美景等等。第一第二小问铺垫的内容非常重要，要和后面的两小问相呼应。

　　第三小问“Why you would like to live in this house/apartment”为什么你想住在那里

　　这个小问可以剖析一下现在的情况，从城市角度来说，比如当下觉得生活压力大、生活节奏快、生活成本高，所以想去一个更加宜居、能和朋友家人经常相聚的地方。从居住的房子来说，当下的房子比较小、和朋友亲人聚少离多、装修简陋，所以想要一个宽敞的、能容纳很多人的、装修精美的房子。另一个方面，就是单纯地喜欢自己在第一、二小问提到的装修风格、房间和城市，比如喜欢某个城市的美食美景、喜欢欧式的装修风格、喜欢沉浸在电竞室和好友一起打游戏。

　　第四小问“explain how you feel about  this house/apartment” 你对那个房子有什么感受

　　这里除了讲对于理想中屋子的感受，可以结合第三问谈一下，因为现在感受到了的压力、紧张，所以通过理想的房子可以放慢节奏，让自己舒缓、惬意。或者反过来，现在的生活平平无奇，想要去更好的一线城市发展，感觉到充满了希望和斗志。还有就是现在因为太忙能陪伴家人朋友的时间太少，在理想的房子中可以经常约朋友们来聚会，接爸妈一起居住，那这也是其乐融融幸福的感觉。

　　答案示例　　I'd like to talk about a dream home that I want to have in the future. It would be a villa, situated in the countryside, where I could see lovely views. It would be huge, so there would be plenty of space to hold grand parties. Besides, it would have a massive study room, where I can find all kinds of books, a fully equipped gym and a beautiful garden.

　　This house should be in the countryside, preferably in a coastal town. It would allow me to walk 10-15 minutes to the beach. Because in the coastal city, the air is more humid, the weather is mild, and there is plenty of good seafood. Furthermore, I would like the city to be well-connected and have an airport. That way, I'll be able to travel all over the world whenever I want. Of course, I hope the epidemic will be over soon. Thailand would be a good option, with lower consumption levels and lower housing prices. My parents and I love the food and the scenery in Thailand.　Why I want to live in this house, well, once I travelled to the countryside in Thailand. I was impressed by the breathtaking views. I saw a villa owned by a wealthy local family. I couldn't help imagining what kind of life that would be. Since then, I just can't erase the idea of having such a place from my mind.　When I retire, I hope to move into a house like this with my family. That way, I'll have enough time to do things I enjoy, such as baking, painting, and swimming, and I could spend more quality time with my family. Both physically and emotionally, I will be at ease and relaxed.
