“生活中离不开的东西”是本季度的事物类新题，可能大家一下子想到的就是手机电脑，可是在题目里面就给你否决了??
这个时候就需要你有一颗感恩的心，静下心来好好去感受一下，其实你身边有很多默默支持着你却被你忽略的东西hhhh
以下几方面供烤鸭们参考：
第一种，日常生活用品类。
大家回想一下每天起床开始的路径，就会发现其实有很多东西，比如（隐形）眼镜、口罩等防护品、护肤品、化妆品、交通卡、眼罩、耳塞等等。或者是根据你的日常习惯来，你习惯每天运动，那离不开运动装备或者运动设施；你习惯每天看书，那肯定离不开书籍；或者你喜欢每天做饭，那离不开厨房。还有一种就是你喜欢热爱的事物，比如宠物、游戏机、滑板等等。
第二种，抽象非实物类。
当然，除了实体的东西之外，还有抽象的可以聊，比如你每天都要听音乐，比如你一个常用的APP或者网站都可以。
第一小问“What it is” 是什么东西
按照上面给大家提供的两个方向去展开，如果是实体物品的话，可以说一下你比较多使用的是什么品牌、外形特点是什么样的、你用了多久、你对此类物品的偏好（即购买的时候考虑什么因素）等等。
第二小问“What you do with it”你用它做什么
大家可以从几个角度考虑，比如功能角度（像护肤品、化妆品等等）对应的功效是什么；还可以从使用场景角度（运动器材、眼睛、耳罩等）你会在什么场景下使用这件物品。
第三小问“How it helps you in your life”它如何在生活中帮到你的
如何在生活中帮到你，这个小问要先给自己营造一个“困境”所以先谈我面临的问题是什么，再谈这个物品如何帮你解决，再谈感受。比如自己对声音和光线比较敏感，所以睡觉的时候经常被打扰到而睡不着，那我会选择使用眼罩和耳塞，遮挡住光线和阻挡住声音，这样我更容易入睡，让我感到安心。
第四小问“explain why you can't live without it” 为什么它在你的生活中不可或缺
这个小问大家可以从，本身功效+给你带来的价值+如果没有的话的不好后果，三个层面来说，比如化妆品让我变得更美，也让我变得更加自信，更加从容地面对一切，如果没有化妆的话，我会觉得这一天都比较down。

I would like to say that the indispensable thing in my life is music. I believe that a majority of people will listen to music while working or doing sports which could brighten your mood and help forget annoyed things temporarily. As for me, I almost listen to music no matter what I do except learning in that it may distract me and decrease the learning efficiency. However, while walking on the way to the office(classroom), music is just like my friends so that I don’t feel lonely Meanwhile, music is able to kill time especially when I feel a little bit down. Once I hear my favourite music, I will get energetic and refreshed, consequently, my preference goes to that playing some melodious songs before starting working. As for the functions of songs, it is also a favourite way to learn English and my speaking. The reason is that every time while watch the MV, I tend to imitate and sing along with it, so I am able to grasp some new vocabulary. When it comes to the reason why music is indispensable in my life, there are two main justifications. One is that listening to music can relax me and alleviate my stress from a whole day of working. What’s more, every time when I feel tedious, music can accompany me like a friend. In conclusion, I can not live without music.
