在很多人眼中，三部分的雅思考试，它们之间没有实质的关联性。也正是如此，大家都是分开进行备考的。同时，又考虑到part 3本身有着较强的灵活性，考官又会凭个人喜欢出题，大家就开始自暴自弃，把part 3撩在了一边。
可我从不这么认为，我觉得part 2和3之间有着非常密切的联系，它们的联系则是建立在思考上的共性。
就比如，part 2的最后一问就可以等同于一道或者一类part 3问题。
敬佩的商人
Describe a business person that you admire
You should say:
Who the person is
How you know (about) him or her
What kind of business he or she does
And explain why you admire him or her
拿《敬佩的商人》最后一问来举例，很多同学都不知道该怎么思考"why you admire him or her"。总觉得自己能给的观点前面已经都有提及，要想再给出新的内容又太有难度。
这个时候，我们不如想把目光聚焦在该话题配套的part 3部分。它有这么一道题问的是"what kind of qualities should a businessman have?"
你如果觉得businessman这个人物依旧限制了你的思考，那我就把问题放的更大一点："what kind of qualities should a successful/ good person have?" (一个成功的或者优秀的人应该具备的品质)
这么来看，我们也无需被商人给牵绊，相反你可以思考一下你身边的那些优秀的人都有哪些品质即可。这个人可以是你的老师、同学，也可以是你喜欢的运动员。
接下去我们要做的就是总结他们可能有的闪光点。以下是我为大家总结的"6个核心关键词"：

Communicative A successful person should be communicative. They should have the ability to talk with people efficiently and effectively. If they have good communication skills, people will think that they are approachable.
一个成功的人势必具有很强的沟通能力。该能力体现在能高效的解决问题，同时，也不会让人觉得交流中存在一定的压迫感。

Self-disciplined
A successful person should be extremely self-disciplined. They wouldn’t waste time on those unimportant things and they would also eat healthily and do exercise regularly. Having good physical and mental wellbeing is key to achieving success.
一个成功的人也是非常自律的。他们不会浪费时间，这也就意味着他们有着很强的时间管理能力。除此之外，他们对于饮食、作息、运动都非常在意。
往往会有人误解说一个商人往往忙的都没空吃饭睡觉，但我想告诉你的是，一个正在成功的商人，他们非常注重健康。就像我认识的一些成功人士，他们一周健身3-5次，晚上11点左右睡觉。

Highly motivated
A successful person should be highly motivated. They should have a strong will to continue learning and explore new avenues. This way they will seize opportunities and push themselves.
拥有超强的上进心也是一个优秀的人身上的标签。他们会持续学习，并不断开拓新的领域。对于他们而言，学习才是创造机会的方式。

Generous
A successful person should be generous. They would never hesitate to share what they have with others. This quality can help them win people’s loyalty.
慷慨并非一定是金钱意义上的，它也可以是非金钱化的内容分享。比如：分享观点，分享美食等。分享是获取人心的捷径。

Accepting and tolerant
A successful person should be accepting and tolerant. They would accept all the criticism and negative comments they receive from the outside world. They will also tolerate the mistakes made by others.
"接受和包容"是我非常看重的一个quality。不管是老板还是老师，学会接受和包容都是非常重要的一刻。接受外界批评，包容别人所犯的错误。

Adventurous
A successful person should be very adventurous and not afraid of taking risks. They need to be able to step outside of their comfort zone and be open to trying new things.
冒险也是一个成功人士身上需要具备的品质。他们要敢于挑战新高度，并不断的走出自己的舒适圈。只有这样，才能拥有更多的可能性。就像谷爱玲，她在奥运会的时候挑战了从没尝试过的动作，最终她获得了冠军。

I remember last month, he released a travel vlog. He traveled to a small city alone, but he soon made several friends who showed him around their city.
比如：《喜欢呆在一起的人》
I love spending time with him, as he is such an accepting and tolerant person. He accepts all the negative comments from the outside world and he also tolerates the mistakes made by others. To be honest, I am not a punctual person and I am always late when I hang out with him. However, he never complains and waits for me patiently. I remember once I was an hour late, but he still greeted me with smiles. I felt really bad and told myself I need to make more of an effort to be on time.
当然以上的6个品质还可以被我们接着利用在其他的part 3话题里。针对人物类的part 3，考官很喜欢提问的一类问题就是"quality"。

Last but not least, I think people who are accepting and tolerant are easy to make friends with. They take on board criticism and can also tolerate the mistakes made by others.
