Well, I suppose without any motivation, people can hardly change themselves, since a leopard cannot change its spots. 我觉得要是没什么激励，人们很难改变自己，毕竟江山易改本性难移。

2 You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink. 牵马到河易，逼马饮水难。(你可以告诉一个人怎么做，但是做不做就看他们自己了)
